Servian Fire & Security Services are a BAFE SP203 Approved company, this means that the client can rest assured that the company you are employing has reached the highest standards available and is audited annually to ensure those standards are maintained.
What is BAFE ?
BAFE is the acronym for British Approval of Fire Equipment, they are an independent body that ensures the company you are dealing with and all of its personnel are competent to carry out the tasks they say they can.
What do we install
- Wired Non addressable systems indicate the area of activation and are suitable for smaller sized premises
- Wired Addressable systems indicate the exact location of the activation and with the amount of programming functions available make them suitable for any premises
- Wireless addressable systems indicate the exact location of the activation and with the amount of programming functions available make them suitable for any premises with the added bonus that the installation time and amount of disruption to a working business is minimal.
- Hybrid systems are addressable systems that have a mix of wired and wireless devices they have the benefits of both.
- Aspirating systems are a system of pipe work continuously sampling the atmosphere which can provide a very early detection system in a comms room environment or can be used in a harsh environments where smoke detection is required but is not accessible for servicing, aspirating systems can also form part of larger systems.
- Linear Heat Cable is a means of detecting heat in extremely hostile environments to provide a means of warning, area’s such as car parks benefit from this type of detection.
The technology available to us is forever changing and it would be impossible for us to put on the web site everything available however as a company we are continuously researching the market to ensure our clients have not only the best but the correct equipment for their application.
A further confirmation of our commitment to quality is that we have been awarded a Notifier ESD status this enables us to provide and install Notifier fire detection and alarm equipment with the full back up and support of a globally recognised company.
System Maintenance
Fire Alarm System maintenance is probably one of the most forgotten elements of the fire alarm system, as a responsible company we will always try to ensure the client has a maintenance contract in place giving peace of mind that they can rest assured the system that is taking care of your premises and staff is being looked after by professionals.
National Contracts
Due to our excellent response and communication with clients Servian Fire and Security have gone from looking after a couple of premises for clients to being awarded the national contract for them, these include fire and emergency lighting for a chain of 2 high street stores ( over 320 stores nationally) a chain of industrial supplies ( currently over 220 stores nationally), these contracts are not issued lightly so we pride ourselves on the fact that we have achieved this and continue to grow with them offering the same if not better quality and service we started at the outset of the contracts
